If your guitar bridge is partially or fully separated from the top, it would be advisable to have it looked at by a professional. Just throwing in glue and letting it dry, could cause many more problems later on. When problems develop, you will have to remove the bridge completely, clean up the previous glue, do some more cleaning on the top itself, and finally re-glue it correctly. This assumes that the top wasn’t ruined with the original fix. Unless one is really familiar with wood and the gluing process, this type of repair should be taken to a professional.
